Description

Snowball Coconut Rum Balls are festive no-bake holiday treats made with shredded coconut, crushed cookies, and a splash of rum, all rolled in powdered sugar for a snowy finish. These bite-sized sweets are perfect for parties, gift trays, or late-night indulgence.

  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (plus extra for coating)

  • 2 tbsp corn syrup or honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  2. Add rum, corn syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract. Mix until the dough comes together and holds when pressed.

  4. Roll each ball in additional powdered sugar to coat thoroughly.
