- 1 ball pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked ham, sliced or chopped
- 1/3 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing crust)
- Optional: red pepper flakes or fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Transfer the dough to a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza peel if using a stone.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
- Top with chopped ham and sliced olives.
- Sprinkle with oregano and brush the edges with olive oil.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a couple of minutes.
- Garnish with red pepper flakes or fresh basil if desired, slice, and serve.
