Description

A flavorful homemade pizza topped with savory ham, briny olives, and melty cheese on a crispy crust. Perfect for pizza night with a twist.


Ingredients

  • 1 ball pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked ham, sliced or chopped
  • 1/3 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing crust)
  • Optional: red pepper flakes or fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  3. Transfer the dough to a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza peel if using a stone.
  4. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  6. Top with chopped ham and sliced olives.
  7. Sprinkle with oregano and brush the edges with olive oil.
  8. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool for a couple of minutes.
  10. Garnish with red pepper flakes or fresh basil if desired, slice, and serve.
