Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente; drain, rinse under cold water, and set aside.
- Grill or pan-fry steak over medium-high heat to desired doneness; let rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, sliced steak, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and crumbled feta.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
