- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup mashed raspberries
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Extra white chocolate for coating

- Heat heavy cream and pour over chopped white chocolate. Stir until smooth.
- Add mashed raspberries, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Chill for 1 hour.
