Description

These White Chocolate Raspberry Truffles are creamy, rich, and bursting with fresh raspberry flavor, coated in a smooth white chocolate shell. A luxurious homemade treat!


Ingredients

  • 8 oz white chocolate, chopped
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup mashed raspberries
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Extra white chocolate for coating

Instructions

  • Make the Truffle Mixture:

    • Heat heavy cream and pour over chopped white chocolate. Stir until smooth.
    • Add mashed raspberries, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Mix well.
    • Chill for 1 hour.
  • Form Truffles:

    • Roll the mixture into small balls and freeze for 30 minutes.
  • Coat with Chocolate:

    • Melt extra white chocolate and dip truffles.
