Ingredients

200g white chocolate

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)

2 tbsp sugar

Freeze-dried raspberry bits for garnish

Silicone mold for shaping
Instructions

Melt white chocolate and coat inside silicone molds. Chill to set.

Whip heavy cream with sugar until stiff peaks form.

Fold in mashed raspberries gently.

Fill molds with mousse and freeze until firm.

Seal with more melted chocolate.

Garnish with freeze-dried raspberries and a whole raspberry on top.
