- 3 cups white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- Optional toppings: sea salt flakes, crushed cookies, dried cranberries
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch square pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
- In a saucepan over low heat (or microwave in 30-second intervals), melt white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir continuously until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
- Fold in the toasted pecans.
- Pour mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Add optional toppings if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, or until fully set.
- Lift fudge out using parchment handles, slice into squares with a hot knife, and serve.
