Description

These White Chocolate Macadamia Blondies with Caramel Drizzle are rich, chewy dessert bars packed with sweet white chocolate chips and crunchy macadamia nuts, topped with a luscious caramel sauce. Perfect for holidays, parties, or indulgent treats.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade, for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together melted butter and brown sugar until combined and smooth.
  3. Whisk in the egg and vanilla extract.
  4. Add flour, baking powder, and salt; stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in white chocolate chips and chopped macadamia nuts.
  6. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 22–25 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
  8. Allow to cool completely in the pan before drizzling with caramel sauce.
  9. Cut into bars and serve.

Notes

  • For extra gooeyness, slightly underbake and let them firm up as they cool.
  • Use toasted macadamia nuts for added flavor.
  • Drizzle caramel just before serving for best texture.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.
