Description

Fun and festive holiday marshmallow pops dipped in creamy white chocolate and decorated with sprinkles for an easy, kid-friendly treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 large marshmallows
  • 12 lollipop sticks or paper straws
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips or melting wafers
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)
  • Holiday sprinkles, crushed candy canes, or colored sugar for decorating

Instructions

  1. Insert a lollipop stick or paper straw into each marshmallow, pushing about halfway through.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate with coconut oil (if using) in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Dip each marshmallow into the melted white chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  4. Immediately add sprinkles or crushed candy to the chocolate-coated marshmallows before the coating sets.
  5. Place dipped marshmallow pops upright in a styrofoam block or lying on a parchment-lined tray.
  6. Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes or until fully set.

Notes

  • Add food coloring to the white chocolate to create multiple holiday-themed colors.
  • Use high-quality melting wafers for the smoothest coating.
  • Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
