- 12 lollipop sticks or paper straws
- 12 oz white chocolate chips or melting wafers
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)
- Holiday sprinkles, crushed candy canes, or colored sugar for decorating
Instructions
- Insert a lollipop stick or paper straw into each marshmallow, pushing about halfway through.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate with coconut oil (if using) in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each marshmallow into the melted white chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Immediately add sprinkles or crushed candy to the chocolate-coated marshmallows before the coating sets.
- Place dipped marshmallow pops upright in a styrofoam block or lying on a parchment-lined tray.
- Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes or until fully set.
Notes
- Add food coloring to the white chocolate to create multiple holiday-themed colors.
- Use high-quality melting wafers for the smoothest coating.
- Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
