Description

- 16 oz (450g) white chocolate or white chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups roasted almonds (whole or roughly chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Pinch of sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Alternatively, melt using a double boiler.
- Stir in the roasted almonds and vanilla extract (if using) until well coated.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly into a thin layer.
- Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top if desired.
- Let the bark cool at room temperature or refrigerate for 30 minutes until fully set.
- Break into pieces and store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
Notes
- Use high-quality white chocolate for best results.
- Add dried cranberries or crushed candy canes for variation.
- To toast raw almonds, bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes.
