  • 8 oz feta cheese (preferably block feta, not crumbled)

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil (plus extra for drizzling)

  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese or Greek yogurt (optional for extra creaminess)

  • 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)

  • 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice (to taste)

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

 

  • Fresh herbs (like dill, parsley, or mint), for gar


Instructions

  • In a food processor, crumble the feta cheese.

  • Add olive oil, cream cheese or Greek yogurt (if using), lemon juice, garlic, and black pepper.
