- 2 chicken breasts, cubed
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the cubed chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Cook for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and mix until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Add the cooked linguine and chicken back into the skillet. Toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.
