Description

Velvety Creamy Parmesan Linguine is a comforting pasta dish featuring tender linguine, golden-seared chicken, and a luscious parmesan cream sauce. Ideal for both casual dinners and elegant gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cubed
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the cubed chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Cook for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and mix until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  6. Add the cooked linguine and chicken back into the skillet. Toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
  7. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.
