Twice-baked sweet potatoes are sweet, savory, and loaded with buttered pecans and spices—perfect for holidays or a cozy side dish.
Ingredients

4 medium sweet potatoes

2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp brown sugar

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

Salt to taste

1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions

Bake sweet potatoes at 400°F (200°C) for 45–60 minutes.

Halve and scoop out centers into a bowl, leaving shells intact.

Mix with butter, sugar, spices, and a pinch of salt.

Spoon back into shells, top with pecans.

Bake again for 10–15 minutes.
