Instructions

  1. Split English muffins and toast in a toaster or skillet until golden and crisp. Set aside.
  2. Cook sausage patties in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked, about 4–5 minutes per side.
  3. In the same skillet, cook eggs to preference—fried, scrambled, or over-easy—season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on the bottom half of each toasted muffin. Top with sausage patty and cooked egg.
  5. Cover with muffin top and press down gently.
  6. Serve immediately while warm.
