Instructions
- Split English muffins and toast in a toaster or skillet until golden and crisp. Set aside.
- Cook sausage patties in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked, about 4–5 minutes per side.
- In the same skillet, cook eggs to preference—fried, scrambled, or over-easy—season with salt and pepper.
- Place a slice of cheddar cheese on the bottom half of each toasted muffin. Top with sausage patty and cooked egg.
- Cover with muffin top and press down gently.
- Serve immediately while warm.
