- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 2 cups semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup caramel chips or soft caramel candies
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter (1 tbsp per chocolate/white layer)
- 1 tbsp milk or butter (for caramel layer)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Sea salt (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt half the sweetened condensed milk with white chocolate chips and 1 tbsp butter. Stir until smooth, then remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- In a second pan, melt remaining condensed milk with dark chocolate chips and 1 tbsp butter until smooth.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt caramel chips or candies with a splash of milk or butter, stirring until smooth.
- Alternately spoon the white, chocolate, and caramel mixtures into the prepared pan.
- Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl the layers for a marbled effect.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment and slice into squares to serve.
