Description

Swirled Chocolate Vanilla Caramel Fudge is a visually stunning and indulgently rich no-bake dessert that layers three iconic flavors—chocolate, vanilla, and caramel—into a creamy, marbled treat perfect for gifting, parties, or personal indulgence.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 2 cups semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup caramel chips or soft caramel candies
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (1 tbsp per chocolate/white layer)
  • 1 tbsp milk or butter (for caramel layer)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Sea salt (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt half the sweetened condensed milk with white chocolate chips and 1 tbsp butter. Stir until smooth, then remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  3. In a second pan, melt remaining condensed milk with dark chocolate chips and 1 tbsp butter until smooth.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt caramel chips or candies with a splash of milk or butter, stirring until smooth.
  5. Alternately spoon the white, chocolate, and caramel mixtures into the prepared pan.
  6. Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl the layers for a marbled effect.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  8. Lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment and slice into squares to serve.

Notes

  • Add sea salt over the top before chilling for a salted caramel twist.
  • Use gel food coloring in the white layer for themed fudge.
  • Keep fudge refrigerated for best texture and longer shelf life.
  • Freeze extra pieces for up to 3 months for future snacking or gifting.
