Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream butter & milk: In a large bowl, beat the butter and sweetened condensed milk until light and fluffy.
- Mix dry ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, and salt.
- Combine & form dough: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, stirring until a soft dough forms.
- Shape the cookies: Roll tablespoon-sized portions of dough into balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cookies are set but not browned.
- Cool & dust: Let the cookies cool for 5 minutes, then roll them in powdered sugar while still warm.
