Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 strips bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup caramelized onions
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough and place it on a baking sheet.
  • Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, then sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Add caramelized onions and cooked bacon over the cheese.
  • Sprinkle black pepper and oregano on top.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
