- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions or parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Place frozen or cooked meatballs into the crockpot.
- In a bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, brown sugar (if using), and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
- Pour the sauce over the meatballs and stir to coat evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or on high for 2–3 hours, until the meatballs are heated through and coated in glaze.
- Stir gently before serving. Garnish with green onions or parsley.
