Ingredients

  • 2 beef patties (80/20 blend recommended)

  • 2 slices American cheese

  • 1/4 cup creamy cheese sauce

  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce

  • 1 brioche burger bun

  • 1 tbsp butter

 

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  • Heat a skillet over high heat and toast the brioche bun with butter until golden.

  • Season the beef patties with salt and pepper, smash them flat on the skillet, and cook until crispy edges form.

  • Place a slice of American cheese on each patty to melt.

  • Layer shredded lettuce onto the bottom bun.

  • Stack the cheesy patties on the lettuce.

  • Pour creamy cheese sauce generously over the patties.
