Description

Crispy bacon meets golden sunny-side up eggs in this classic breakfast combo. Simple, satisfying, and made in one pan, it’s perfect for a hearty start to your day.


Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs

  • 4 slices of bacon

  • 1 tbsp butter or bacon grease

  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

  • Fresh herbs for garnish


Instructions

  • Fry bacon in a skillet until crispy, then set aside.

  • In the same pan, reduce heat to medium and add butter if needed.

  • Crack eggs gently into the pan and cook without flipping for 2–3 minutes.

  • Season with salt, pepper, and garnish with herbs.

 

  • Serve hot with bacon and fruit on the side.

  • Add hot sauce or toast on the side.
