Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) instant yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 12 pepperoni slices
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Notes

  • Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast, let it sit for 5 minutes.
  • Add flour, salt, and olive oil, knead the dough, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  • Roll out the dough and place cheese sticks around the edges, folding over to create a stuffed crust.
  • Spread pizza sauce, add mozzarella cheese, and top with pepperoni.
  • Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
