- 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) instant yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 12 pepperoni slices
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Notes
- Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast, let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil, knead the dough, and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough and place cheese sticks around the edges, folding over to create a stuffed crust.
- Spread pizza sauce, add mozzarella cheese, and top with pepperoni.
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
