- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a loaf pan.
- Mix batter: Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs and vanilla. Mix in flour and milk.
- Layer cake: Pour half of the batter into the pan, swirl in strawberry jam, then add remaining batter.
- Bake: Bake for 45 minutes. Let cool before slicing.
