For the Cake:
- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup honey
For the Icing:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp strawberry puree
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
- Mix cake ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
- Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes. Let cool.
- For the icing, mix powdered sugar, strawberry puree, and heavy cream.
- Pour over the cooled cake and let set before slicing.
