- 1 cup fresh strawberries (chopped)
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
- Whole strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Blend or mash the chopped strawberries and jam, then fold into the filling.
- Spread the strawberry cream filling into the graham cracker crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight).
- Garnish with whole strawberries before serving.
