Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (chopped)
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam
  • Whole strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Blend or mash the chopped strawberries and jam, then fold into the filling.
  • Spread the strawberry cream filling into the graham cracker crust.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight).
  • Garnish with whole strawberries before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, use a chocolate crust instead of graham crackers.
