- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the cooled strawberry purée. For a smoother texture, blend the mixture or add strawberry jam.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before using to allow it to firm up and flavors to meld.
