Description

Instructions

  2. Mash with a fork or blend into a purée. Let cool completely.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
  4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  5. Fold in the cooled strawberry purée. For a smoother texture, blend the mixture or add strawberry jam.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before using to allow it to firm up and flavors to meld.
