These Strawberry Cinnamon Rolls are a delightful twist on the classic! Soft, fluffy rolls filled with cinnamon-sugar and fresh strawberries, topped with a luscious cream cheese glaze. Perfect for breakfast or dessert!

For the Dough:
- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 large egg
For the Filling:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 cup fresh strawberries (diced)
For the Cream Cheese Glaze:
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Prepare the Dough:
- In a bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Add sugar, butter, salt, and egg. Gradually mix in flour to form a soft dough.
- Knead for 5 minutes, cover, and let rise for 1 hour until doubled.
- Make the Filling:
- Mix butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon into a paste.
- Assemble the Rolls:
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Spread cinnamon butter and sprinkle diced strawberries over it.
- Roll up tightly and cut into 12 pieces.
- Bake:
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Make the Glaze & Serve:
- Whisk cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Drizzle over warm rolls and enjoy!
