Description

A delicious no-bake cheesecake pie with layers of creamy cheesecake filling, fresh strawberries, and bananas on a buttery graham cracker crust. Perfect for a refreshing dessert!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup strawberry preserves or sauce
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds or crushed nuts (optional)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Spread the cheesecake filling evenly into the graham cracker crust.
  • Drizzle with strawberry preserves and gently swirl with a knife.
  • Top with sliced bananas, strawberries, and almonds.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • To prevent bananas from browning, toss them in a little lemon juice before adding them.
  • You can use a homemade crust by mixing crushed graham crackers with melted butter.
