- 1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup strawberry preserves or sauce
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds or crushed nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the cheesecake filling evenly into the graham cracker crust.
- Drizzle with strawberry preserves and gently swirl with a knife.
- Top with sliced bananas, strawberries, and almonds.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- To prevent bananas from browning, toss them in a little lemon juice before adding them.
- You can use a homemade crust by mixing crushed graham crackers with melted butter.
