Description

Sticky Honey Baked Chicken Thighs are tender, juicy, and coated in a sweet and savory glaze made with honey, soy sauce, garlic, and spices. Perfect for an easy and flavorful dinner.


Ingredients

  • 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley or green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line with foil.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, vinegar, paprika, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  3. Place chicken thighs in the baking dish and pour the honey mixture over them, turning to coat evenly.
  4. Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, basting once or twice during cooking, until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is caramelized and sticky.
  5. For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2–3 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley or green onions and serve hot.
