These Sticky Glazed BBQ Ribs are fall-off-the-bone tender, coated in a rich, smoky-sweet barbecue glaze. Perfect for grilling, baking, or slow cooking, they’re a must-have for any BBQ lover!

- 2 racks baby back ribs
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Prep the ribs: Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. Pat dry and rub with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne (if using), and olive oil. Let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Bake the ribs: Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Wrap ribs in foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.
- Make the glaze: While ribs are baking, combine BBQ sauce, honey, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard in a saucepan. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Glaze and broil: Remove ribs from foil, brush with BBQ glaze, and broil for 5-7 minutes until caramelized.
- Serve hot with extra sauce on the side!
Notes
- For extra smoky flavor, grill ribs over medium heat for 10 minutes after baking.
- Let ribs rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
