Description

Steak Bites with Pasta is a hearty and flavorful meal that combines seared, juicy steak cubes with tender pasta tossed in a light garlic and herb sauce—perfect for weeknights or relaxed entertaining.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 12 oz pasta (fusilli, penne, or your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or chives
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season steak cubes with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear steak bites for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your preference. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, sauté garlic and onion until softened and fragrant, about 2–3 minutes.
  6. Add cooked pasta and steak back into the skillet. Toss to combine and heat through.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped parsley or chives and Parmesan cheese if using.
  8. Serve hot with extra red pepper flakes if desired.
