Star-Spangled White Chocolate Truffles are festive, bite-sized treats made with smooth white chocolate and coated in red, white, and blue sprinkles—perfect for patriotic holidays like the 4th of July.

- 12 oz (340g) white chocolate, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup (60ml) heavy cream
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup red, white, and blue sprinkles (for coating)
Instructions
- In a heatproof bowl, combine white chocolate, heavy cream, and butter.
- Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
- Cover and refrigerate the mixture for 2–3 hours or until firm.
- Using a spoon or small scoop, portion and roll into 1-inch balls.
- Roll each truffle in the patriotic sprinkles to coat.
- Place on a parchment-lined tray and chill for another 30 minutes until set.
- Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Notes
- Use high-quality white chocolate for best results.
- These truffles can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge.
- Swap sprinkle colors to match other holidays or events.
- If mixture is too soft to roll, chill longer or briefly freeze.
