- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)
- 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 2 tablespoons mixed nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, or cashews)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Add spinach, mango, banana, and Greek yogurt to a blender.
- Pour in almond milk and add the mixed nuts and chia seeds.
- Add honey or maple syrup if using, and ice cubes for a chilled smoothie.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use frozen mango chunks for a colder, thicker smoothie.
- Omit yogurt for a dairy-free version.
- Top with extra chia seeds or chopped nuts for texture.
