Description

Crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside, these spinach cheese balls are the ultimate appetizer for cheese lovers.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked spinach, finely chopped

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

 

  • Oil for frying


Instructions

  • Mix spinach, cheeses, breadcrumbs, egg, and garlic powder.

  • Form small balls and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

  • Heat oil and deep-fry balls until golden.

 

  • Drain and serve hot.


Notes

  • Use panko for extra crunch.

 

  • Add chili flakes for a spicy kick.
