Ingredients

2 cups cooked risotto or rice

1 cup shredded mozzarella

1/2 cup spicy marinara or chili sauce

1 egg

1 cup breadcrumbs

Oil for frying
Instructions

Mix rice with a spoon of sauce and some mozzarella.

Shape into balls, stuffing with extra cheese inside.
