Description
A flavor-packed pasta dish featuring tender chicken, bold garlic, herbs, and a touch of spice. This satisfying meal is perfect for weeknight dinners with minimal effort and maximum taste.

			- 12 oz penne or spaghetti pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley or basil
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden and cooked through, about 6–8 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in Italian seasoning and chicken broth. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet and add the cooked pasta. Toss everything together until well coated.
- Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs.
- Serve warm with extra Parmesan and herbs if desired.
Notes
- Adjust red pepper flakes for preferred spice level.
- Add a splash of cream for a richer version.
- Great with gluten-free pasta as well.
