- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup buffalo hot sauce (e.g., Frank’s)
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup bleu cheese or ranch dressing
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, buffalo sauce, paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Toss in the chicken strips and marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken for 4–5 minutes, until fully cooked and no longer pink. Set aside.
- Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable. Spread a thin layer of dressing on each tortilla.
- Layer with chopped romaine, shredded carrot, avocado slices, cheddar cheese, and cooked chicken.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a wrap. Slice in half and serve immediately or wrap and refrigerate.
