- 8 oz wide egg noodles
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 green onions (chopped)
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute.
- Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sriracha, red pepper flakes, and beef broth. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Toss in cooked noodles and mix well.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and top with chopped green onions. Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less sriracha and red pepper flakes.
