These spicy beef noodles are a bold and flavorful dish featuring tender ground beef, wide noodles, and a rich, spicy sauce. Ready in under 30 minutes, it’s the perfect comfort meal for spice lovers!


Ingredients

  • 8 oz wide egg noodles
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 green onions (chopped)

Instructions

  • Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a pan over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute.
  • Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sriracha, red pepper flakes, and beef broth. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Toss in cooked noodles and mix well.
  • Drizzle with sesame oil and top with chopped green onions. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Adjust spice level by adding more or less sriracha and red pepper flakes.
  • For extra crunch, add chopped peanuts or sesame seeds
