  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • 3 scallions, sliced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 12 tbsp chili garlic sauce or Sriracha (to taste)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

  8. Serve hot with lime wedges and cilantro if desired.

Notes

  • Try different noodles like udon or soba.
  • Add vegetables such as bok choy, bell peppers, or broccoli.
  • Stir in peanut butter for a creamy twist.
  • Reduce chili garlic sauce for a milder dish.
