  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional, for balance)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
  2. Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels to ensure crispiness.
  3. In a large bowl, toss wings with baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne.
  4. Arrange wings in a single layer on the wire rack.
  5. Bake for 45–50 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix hot sauce, melted butter, and honey (if using).
  7. Toss the baked wings in the spicy sauce until well coated.
