- 1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp honey (optional, for balance)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
- Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels to ensure crispiness.
- In a large bowl, toss wings with baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne.
- Arrange wings in a single layer on the wire rack.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- In a separate bowl, mix hot sauce, melted butter, and honey (if using).
- Toss the baked wings in the spicy sauce until well coated.
- Serve immediately with celery sticks and ranch or blue cheese dressing if desired.
