- 2–3 tbsp milk or maple syrup

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan thoroughly.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
- Mix in sour cream and milk until smooth.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing just until combined.
- Pour batter evenly into the prepared Bundt pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 45–55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool in pan for 15 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
- For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, milk (or maple syrup), and vanilla until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled cake before serving.
