- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear chicken breasts on each side for 4–5 minutes until golden brown.
- Add garlic and cherry tomatoes to the skillet, cooking until tomatoes soften and release juices.
- Reduce heat to medium, cover, and let chicken cook through (internal temp 165°F).
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the chicken.
- Cover skillet for 2–3 minutes until cheese melts.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm.
