Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked ham, chopped
  • 1/2 cup leeks, sliced
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Gruyère cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add chopped ham and sliced leeks; sauté until leeks are tender.
  4. Crack the eggs into the skillet over the ham and leeks.
  5. Drizzle heavy cream over the eggs.
  6. Sprinkle shredded Gruyère cheese evenly over the top.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake until the egg whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your preference, about 10–12 minutes.
