- 1 cup cooked ham, chopped
- 1/2 cup leeks, sliced
- 4 eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add chopped ham and sliced leeks; sauté until leeks are tender.
- Crack the eggs into the skillet over the ham and leeks.
- Drizzle heavy cream over the eggs.
- Sprinkle shredded Gruyère cheese evenly over the top.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake until the egg whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your preference, about 10–12 minutes.
- Remove from oven and garnish with chopped fresh basil before serving.
