- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or gruyère)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the pie crust in a quiche pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Sauté shrimp in butter for 2 minutes, then spread them over the pie crust.
- Sprinkle cheese and green onions on top.
- Pour the egg mixture over the shrimp and cheese.
