Description

This Shrimp Quiche is a creamy, savory delight featuring juicy shrimp, cheese, and a rich egg filling baked into a flaky crust. Perfect for brunch, lunch, or dinner, this seafood quiche is both elegant and easy to make!


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or gruyère)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the pie crust in a quiche pan.
  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Sauté shrimp in butter for 2 minutes, then spread them over the pie crust.
  • Sprinkle cheese and green onions on top.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the shrimp and cheese.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set.

Notes

  • You can use pre-cooked or fresh shrimp.
  • Swap heavy cream with milk for a lighter version.
