- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Pat shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and slightly golden. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and paprika (if using). Cook until sauce thickens slightly.
- Return shrimp to the skillet and stir to coat with the creamy sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
