Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp paprika or chili flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and slightly golden. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese and paprika (if using). Cook until sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Return shrimp to the skillet and stir to coat with the creamy sauce.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
