These homemade Shrimp Bread Bowls combine buttery garlic shrimp with soft, golden bread for a comforting, indulgent seafood twist on dinner rolls.
Ingredients

4 bread rolls (round)

1 tbsp butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined

Salt, pepper, chili flakes

2 tbsp chopped parsley

Grated Parmesan (optional)
Instructions

Hollow out the bread rolls to create bowls.

Sauté garlic in butter, add shrimp, cook till pink.

Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.

Fill bread bowls with shrimp and top with parsley and cheese.

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 mins until golden.
Notes

Add creamy sauce for extra richness.

Can use frozen shrimp (thawed).
