Description

These homemade Shrimp Bread Bowls combine buttery garlic shrimp with soft, golden bread for a comforting, indulgent seafood twist on dinner rolls.


Ingredients

  • 4 bread rolls (round)

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined

  • Salt, pepper, chili flakes

  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

  • Grated Parmesan (optional)


Instructions

  • Hollow out the bread rolls to create bowls.

  • Sauté garlic in butter, add shrimp, cook till pink.

  • Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.

  • Fill bread bowls with shrimp and top with parsley and cheese.

  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 mins until golden.


Notes

  • Add creamy sauce for extra richness.

  • Can use frozen shrimp (thawed).
