Ingredients

  • 4 small round bread rolls (sourdough or dinner rolls)

  • 1 lb cooked shrimp (peeled and deveined)

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 red chili (sliced thin, optional)

  • Fresh parsley (chopped)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Slice tops off bread rolls and hollow out centers to create bowls.

  • In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

  • Add shrimp, chili, salt, and pepper. Stir for 2-3 minutes.

  • Spoon shrimp mixture into bread bowls. Top with parmesan if desired.
