  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for a kick)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
  • Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss until they are well coated in the mixture.
  • Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
