- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for a kick)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
- Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss until they are well coated in the mixture.
- Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
