- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon oil (for cooking patties)
- 1 tablespoon oil or butter (for vegetables)
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 small carrot, julienned or thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste (for vegetables)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef with chopped onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for 4–5 minutes per side or until browned and cooked through. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
- In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of oil or butter. Add bell peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, and carrot. Sauté for 6–8 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- Season vegetables with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the beef patties with the sautéed vegetables on the side. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
