			- 1 lb ground beef
 - 2 medium potatoes, diced
 - 1 small onion, chopped
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 cup beef broth
 - 1 tbsp tomato paste
 - 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
 - 1/2 tsp salt
 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
 - 1 tsp dried thyme
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, then cook until soft.
 - Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
 - Stir in tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
 - Add diced potatoes and beef broth. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
 - Serve warm with fresh herbs for garnish.
