Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, then cook until soft.
  • Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Add diced potatoes and beef broth. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until potatoes are tender.
