Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt & pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 6 cooked lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Prepare the Filling:

    • Cook sausage and onions in a skillet until browned. Drain excess grease.
    • In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble in a pan until just set.
  • Assemble the Lasagna:
