			For the Quiche Base:
- 6 large eggs
 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
 - 1/2 cup milk
 - 1/2 tsp salt
 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
 - 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or gruyère)
 
For the Filling:
- 1/2 cup cooked sausage, sliced
 - 1/2 cup asparagus, chopped
 - 1/4 cup diced onions
 - 1 tbsp olive oil
 
For Garnish:
- Fresh raspberries
 - Chopped green onions
 
Instructions
- Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin.
 - Sauté Vegetables: In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté asparagus and onions until softened.
 - Mix the Egg Base: Whisk eggs, cream, milk, salt, pepper, and cheese together.
 - Assemble: Divide sausage and asparagus mixture evenly into the muffin cups, then pour the egg mixture over them.
 - Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes until the tops are golden and the center is set.
 - Garnish & Serve: Top with fresh raspberries and chopped green onions. Serve warm!
