  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or gruyère)

For the Filling:

  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage, sliced
  • 1/2 cup asparagus, chopped
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

For Garnish:

  • Fresh raspberries
  • Chopped green onions

Instructions

  • Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin.
  • Sauté Vegetables: In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté asparagus and onions until softened.
  • Mix the Egg Base: Whisk eggs, cream, milk, salt, pepper, and cheese together.
  • Assemble: Divide sausage and asparagus mixture evenly into the muffin cups, then pour the egg mixture over them.
